What is Project Design and Analysis (PDA)? Let’s break it down.
Project: Focus on project management, collaborative thinking, communication, global design and leadership. Students learn how to use the tools and technologies common in the workplace to lead teams and accomplish key tasks toward big-picture organizational goals.
Design: Hone your out-of-the-box thinking in areas such as creative and organizational design. Students will learn how to solve difficult problems and navigate complex business processes to deliver new products and services.
Analysis: Students learn to use data to make informed business decisions, with a focus on applied probability and statistics, forecasting, modeling and data analytics.
Project-based learning at its finest.
This degree will give you relevant, hands-on experience to gain a competitive edge in the job market for years to come. As a part of this degree program, students will participate in meaningful, project-based learning with a variety of businesses, agencies and community partners every semester. Students will work collaboratively with a diverse group of peers on real-world projects and cover course material in greater depth.
What is a cohort?
It’s a project team of for the next three years. If selected, the student and their peers will take courses together and work with industry partners to help them achieve their goals. Students will also get to observe work processes like Lean Six Sigma.

Project Design and Analysis (PDA) Info Sessions are the first step in applying. Info sessions are a unique chance for new students to meet the leadership and faculty of the PDA program. At each Info Session you will:

- Sign Up. Register for a FREE Info Session for the Project Design and Analysis program at UNT at Frisco.
- Attend. Join the Info Session virtually or in-person (dates below) in order to be entered into the scholarship drawing.
- Stay tuned and win big! We will notify the winners of the drawing. If selected as a winner, the scholarship funds will be directly applied to your student account. Students must be enrolled in the Project Design and Analysis program in order to qualify for the scholarship.
